Motorola made its comeback to the flagship segment a year ago with the Motorola Edge+. Now, the brand is preparing a new flagship entry dubbed Motorola Edge S, but it's not exactly what we've expected. The device will pack the Snapdragon 870 SoC rather than the Snapdragon 888. The Edge S may be the Chinese version of the Motorolla "Nio", that has already made rounds on the internet. The device will hit the Chines market on January 26 and is leaking a lot lately. Today, a Leaked poster nearly confirms the same and reveals possible color variants of the device.

Motorolla has not released the posters of the devices though the company released a teaser image allegedly showing the back cameras. The smartphone's launch is scheduled to take place on January 26 at 7:30 pm CST which is 5:00 pm IST for Indian viewers. It features a quad-camera setup at the rear out of which one will be a 64-megapixel primary sensor with zoom. There will be a dual-punch hole cutout for placing the dual-front camera. Moreover, the device seems to be coming in White/Silver and Blue colorways.

Leaked images of what's believed to be the Motorola Edge S reveal a light purple "Sky" colour for the smartphone. It appears on what looks like White/Silver and Blue colors. Worth noting that this is a leaked poster, as Motorola has nothing to do with its publication.

While Motorola/Lenovo hasn't shared this poster officially on Weibo yet, it has indeed teased the layout on the latest post. Perhaps, it comes with an LCD panel to make it a little cheaper.

In addition to the Snapdragon 870 5G processor, the Motorola Edge S is predicted to have a 6.7-inch full HD + show. The smartphone could be given 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of inbuilt storage. It is said to run ZUI based on Android 11 out-of-the-box.
