The first major update for Cyberpunk 2077 is here for all platforms

Other fixes can be found for various quests and open world activities, UI bugs and graphical issues.

A few very noteworthy updates that were heavily requested have also been implemented with this new patch.

All in all, patch 1.1 should make getting through Cyberpunk 2077 a better experience for all users.

Cyberpunk 2077's version 1.1 patch is meant to fix bugs and make "various stability improvements", as well as "lay the groundwork" for further updates to Cyberpunk 2077, the studio said on the game's website.

After an unpleasant launch past year, Cyberpunk 2077 has been struggling with a lot of issues.

(Pocket-lint) - As promised, Cyberpunk 2077's first big update is now available for PCs, consoles, and Stadia.

This includes bugs where players would have to restart missions or load saves to progress through a point. On Xbox One and PS4 consoles, the patch optimises crowds and memory usage.

You can read the full patch notes for the v1.1 update below. According to the release notes, it's essentially a primer for future updates, but it also addresses memory usage and crash issues. CD Projekt Red has already announced a second patch will follow, with the studio calling it a "larger, more significant update" coming "in the weeks after" patch 1.1.
