An interactive "HealthSmart Trainer" personal fitness function (in use in this story's main image) that will endow all 2021 Samsung TVs; it analyzes posture in real time and provides feedback on exercise form.

Okay, so it's a robot vacuum, but it's a very smart robot vacuum.

Samsung Electronics participated in the world's largest electronic exhibition "CES 2021", which opened on January 11 (local time) for four days, and held the "Samsung Press Conference".

According to PC Mag, the Samsung JetBot 90 AI+ has a 3D sensor that can detect small objects and fragile items on the floor as well as other things to avoid "classified as dangerous" and may "cause secondary contamination" such as pet waste, although Samsung did not specifically indicate how the robot can avoid it. Samsung didn't say when the Bot Handy or Bot Care would ship to buyers.

Samsung JetBot 90 AI+ Cleaner: The JetBot 90 AI+ Cleaner is basically a new vacuum cleaner that makes use of object recognition technology to identify and classify objects to decide the best cleaning path.

Also, it will avoid poop - judging by this carefully worded line in Samsung's press release: "If anything is classified as unsafe or likely to cause secondary contamination, it will simply avoid the object". SmartThings Pet can be connected to other devices to automatically feed pets or turn on lights at night.

If Samsung's vision of the future becomes a reality then we could soon see robots packing the dishwasher, feeding our pets and even pouring us a glass of wine after a busy day.

People spent more time at home past year following the outbreak and they have engaged more in connected solutions to make life easier at home.

During its CES 2021 keynote, the company unveiled two new robots - Bot Care and Bot Handy - which can help around the house by keeping up with your daily schedule and chores.

If you drink so much wine that you're getting exhausted of pouring it yourself, you may need more than a robot's help. Like telling Bot Handy to go get that glass of wine at 5pm.

One of those proposed improvements is the JetBot 90 AI Plus smart vacuum. Pricing is still TBD.

Samsung is bringing its signature Smart Dial technology to the new laundry pair.

This uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to recognize and pick up objects of different shapes, sizes, and weights. No more fumbling with clunky digital displays. With the MultiControl feature, you can fully operate both the washer and the dryer right from a centralized panel on the washer, 2 keeping all controls within an easy reach. Smart fridges are useful for remote shopping and meal preparation.

LG said its "scan-to-cook" feature will support meal kits from Tovala, a USA -based all-in-one appliance and gourmet meal service provider, and products from household food makers, including Nestle and Kraft-Heinz, later this year. It makes shopping lists for the ingredients you need and connects to retailers straight from your Samsung FamilyHub refrigerator, or your smartphone.
