HomePod mini is facing WiFi connectivity issues, with no permanent fix available

HomePod mini is powered by the Apple S5 chip that optimises loudness, adjusts the dynamic range, and controls the movement of the driver and passive radiators in real time. Customers can now purchase a HomePod mini for 2,599 pesos in Mexico or 3,000 New Taiwan dollars in Taiwan - about $129 and $105, respectively.

Apple has shared its annual holiday advertisement today, this year touting the "the magic of mini". But even at that price, is it worth it?

The ad highlights the new HomePod mini and sticks to one of Apple's long-running trends: how music can help improve your mood.

"Turn up the holidays with HomePod mini". Plus, the only fix that works for him is to factory reset the HomePod mini, then re-add it to the Home app. Instead, Apple will ship you a replacement unit in advance, and you won't need to send your old one in until you after you receive the replacement. The only workaround is a temporary one. This is leading Siri to respond with an error message saying "I am having trouble connecting to the Internet", reports one user on Reddit. The HomePod mini is the first smart speaker from the Cupertino-based tech giant in three years. Another user wrote, "Having this problem with one of my mini's as well".

At this point, it remains unclear what causes the HomePod mini's Wi-Fi problem.

However, if you're purchasing your HomePod mini from another retailer, or you simply didn't think to include AppleCare+ when checking out at the online Apple Store, you still have up to 60 days to purchase it, just like for any other Apple product.
