Fox News Flash top headlines are here.

Just over a month after starring for the Tampa Bay Rays in the Major League Baseball postseason, young phenom Randy Arozarena finds himself in extremely hot water after he was detained in Mexico following an incident with his daughter, his daughter's mother, and her father.

Local media reported that Arozarena married a Colombian woman earlier this month in Merida, the Yucatan state capital.

Details are still emerging, and there's the additional layer of translations, so I want to be a little careful offering too much certainty on exactly what is going on beyond the report of the arrest.

Guerra said that he has not spoken to Arozarena, and he called it a "horrible, unfortunate situation". Normally suspects are held in jail pending that decision. The situation is all still under investigation, and, like I noted above, it seems only the fact of Arozarena's arrest has been confirmed (not any of the allegations). The MLB and MLBPA joint domestic violence policy would dictate any punishment Arozarena might receive since the incident reportedly involved at least one family member.

Arozarena hit.377 with 10 homers and 14 RBIs in 20 postseason games for Tampa Bay.
