Every day is so different. "When people ask how I'm doing, I say, 'I'm OK, today.'" John added that he didn't realize they could both "experience grief and also share it".

The company is urging people to make the "RMHC heart" symbol using their hands-index fingers and thumb shaped like a heart while the middle and index fingers touch above it at an angle like the roof of a house while one pinky is up as the "chimney"-and post a photo or video on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or Facebook using the hashtag #HereForRMHC".

Legend said, "I didn't know that we could experience this grief and also share it, but when we did it really meant so much to so many people".

Teigen had revealed that she had been on bed rest and had been suffering from bleeding for less than a month.

"I don't care if you were offended or disgusted".

". Obviously it's so painful to go through something like this as a woman", Teigen said, "something that was inside your body that you were nurturing and taking care of, but obviously there's a father involved, and the support for the both of us has been so lovely, so incredible". I understand it can be that way for people. I was anxious, like, I don't want to commemorate this pain... "And the support for the both of us has just been so lovely, so incredible". However, the "thing about having a miscarriage is you don't walk away with anything".

And the "outpouring of love" they received, Legend said, drowned out any negativity.

Chrissy Teigen shared a photo this weekend hugging her mom Vilailuck Teigen, better known as Pepper Thai, and daughter Luna, saying that she recently experienced the "hardest four days" of her life. "As hard as it was, it is attractive to see this side of it". But I knew I needed to know of this moment forever, the same way I needed to remember us kissing at the end of the aisle, the same way I needed to remember our tears of joy after Luna and Miles.

"But I feel like the challenges we face together have made us feel even more sure about who we are together as a couple, and who we are as a family". "We're stronger together than we've ever been".

McDonald's will give $100 in each participant's name as part of the Ronald McDonald House Charities' as part of their $100 million commitment over the next five years.

Teigen announced on September 30 that she and her husband had lost their child, just days after posting that she was suffering pregnancy complications.
