The charges stemming from the first incident allege the 25-year-old drove a Range Rover carelessly at the scene in Mereways, Dickens Heath, and failed to stop after damage was caused to a Citroen van and a Mercedes.

Before the earlier incident in March, Grealish had issued a video appeal for people to stay at home to protect the NHS and save lives.

The judge said Grealish already had six penalty points on his driving licence for a 2018 motorway speeding offence and could be at risk of a driving ban.

Photographs emerged of Grealish standing next to his damaged vehicle wearing a hoodie, shorts, one black slipper and a white slip-on sandal.

It is said former Leeds player Tony Capaldi had also attended the party.

Villa fined him £150,000 for breaching government guidelines and donated the money to charity.

But West Midlands Police revealed on June 18, that he would be charged with the offences.

Grealish, of Barnt Green, Worcestershire, was accused of driving without due care and attention on Bodymoor Heath Road - the site of his club's training complex in north Warwickshire - as well as on the M42 and the A446 on the same day.

He is due to appear in court in Birmingham on Tuesday.

He is due to appear in court charged with these offences - and the one from last month - on Tuesday.

England recently faced Belgium in the UEFA Nations League, and it seems that De Bruyne, playing for Belgium of course, was impressed by what he saw from Grealish and later advised City boss Pep Guardiola to urge the club to spare no expense to sign the Villa captain. I have heard it now, I am sitting this afternoon. It means that any club considering a move for him would have to be aware that he would probably cost close to, or over, £100 million, with some reports claiming that is exactly the release clause in his new deal.

The worker, who had parked in the road, first saw Grealish, wearing a blue hoodie with two different coloured slippers on his feet, walking past his vehicle.
