Eunice High temporarily closes over COVID-19 outbreak

23, there were 51 Woodhaven High School students who have been quarantined.

Since then, four additional EHS staff members have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing that number up to five positive cases.

Wilmington High School moved to remote learning after a large party of dozens of students that violated coronavirus restrictions was reported last week, news outlets reported. Six staff members have tested positive for the virus.

The school's fifth grade has switched to remote-only learning for the current school week as a precautionary measure, the release said.

Because there are two confirmed cases of COVID-19 at the school, it will be identified by Alberta Health Services as a "Outbreak" site. "We have engaged in tracing this student's exposure both to students and employees at Central Dauphin High School".

The Skaneateles teacher who tested positive for the coronavirus was at the high school last week, and interacted primarily with sophomores, Skaneateles Superintendent Eric Knuth said in his letter.

In Liverpool, although the high school main building is closed, full-day LHS BOCES students will still have school. GUSD and the public health department issued a joint notification that was sent to all families and students in the district, ages 14 and older, encouraging them to get tested.
