IPhone 12 May Not Support Dual-SIM 5G Out of the Box

According to the company, "the Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product".

Pricing charts showing Apple's fix fees for the newest iPhone models reveal it is an expensive endeavor for unfortunate consumers, as you would expect for the latest releases.

It's no surprise, then, that the cost of replacing the panel is higher. For comparison, the iPhone 11 Pro Max costs $329 to repair the OLED display, the iPhone 11 costs $199 to fix the LCD screen, and the iPhone X is similarly $279 to fix its OLED display.

Meanwhile, Apple has revealed the prices of repairing the screen of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini in the US. Here's how much you'll be paying if you break it. If the Pro Max follows the iPhone 11 Pro Max pricing, it will be $599 for such repairs.

5G will not be available in Dual SIM mode on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro at launch, however, according to an internal training document for Apple employees shared on Reddit.

On the other hand, The iPhone 12 mini apparently has a battery of 2,227 mAh.

The analyst says that the small screen used in iPhone 12 mini will turn buyers in China off, with the market generally preferring devices that are on the larger side. Earlier this year, Apple also quietly improved AppleCare+ by increasing the number of accidental incidents covered to four every 24 months (it was two previously), and the theft or loss deductible was capped at $149. In July, the iPhone 11 started production in India, along with a few other older models as well.

If you do manage to defy the odds and shatter the Ceramic Shield, it could be a costly fix. This is par for the course though, as Apple typically does not reveal the battery capacity for its iPhone models but lists its estimated battery life.
