IPhone 12 sales may be highest since iPhone 6

In a note to investors on Monday, Kuo said iPhone 12 and 12 Pro alone almost matched the performance of the entire iPhone 11 line in 2019. A log of push is coming from the Chinese market as well. The numbers will rise later in November when iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini will go on sale.

A report by Brazilian tech portal Tecnoblog has found that the iPhone 12 Pro with the model A2407 has been certified by Anatel to be sold in the country.

According to a report in DigiTimes, Apple iPhone 12 series shipments are expected to reach as many as 80 million units by the end of the year owing to more affordable pricing strategy. Further, Kuo said that the iPhone 12 Mini might just bring in 10 - 15 percent of sales this year, much below the initial expectations of 20 - 25 percent.

As a matter of fact, replacing the iPhone 11 Pro Max display now costs $329.

According to Economic Daily News, Apple suppliers Foxconn and Pegatron are offering workers on the assembly line increased bonuses in order to keep up with the strong demand for devices, following pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. All the four iPhone 12 models come with Apple's Super Retina XDR display, 5G support, and Apple's A14 Bionic processor.

The Apple iPhone 12 Mini has been priced in India at Rs. 69,900 onwards, the iPhone 12 costs Rs. 79,900 onwards.

These prices are the same as the previous-generation iPhone 11 Pro and only apply to smartphones that are out of warranty.

There is now no information available for the price of iPhone screen repairs in South Africa, as these devices are not yet available for pre-order locally.
