The Falcon & the Winter Soldier went on a long production hiatus due to covid-19; it was in the middle of its production when the pandemic hit, with the Hollywood Reporter reporting that it had several weeks of filming left to do. Even though production is close to wrapping up, we're only just now learning about another cast member joining the Marvel Studios series heading to Disney+. However, there are no further details now available about his character. Production is ongoing again, though it's unclear if Ramirez was added to the show only recently or if his role was only now revealed publicly. Additionally, Ramirez has a co-starring role in the upcoming sequel, Top Gun: Maverick.

Following the events of "Avengers: Endgame", Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) team up in a global adventure that tests their abilities-and their patience-in Marvel Studios' "The Falcon and The Winter Soldier".

While The Falcon and The Winter Soldier got delayed, we've still seen a fair share of set photos and got a first look during the Super Bowl earlier this year. Both Bruhl and VanCamp made their most recent MCU appearances in Captain America: Civil War.

Wyatt Russell will make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the series as John Walker, aka U.S. Agent. Unfortunately, we don't know his specific role, but it's said to be a pivotal one.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was meant to be the first Marvel Studios series to arrive on Disney+, but the production delay has resulted in WandaVision arriving first, potentially towards the end of November.

Despite rumours that the show will be with us in time for Thanksgiving, a new promo shared by the streaming service appears to indicate otherwise.
