Tottenham vs West Ham

Harry Kane produced yet another sensational performance for Tottenham Hotspur, this time against West Ham United in the Premier League.

Along with Gareth Bale, Sergio Reguilon made the move from Real Madrid to Tottenham last month, and his rampaging runs from left-back are reminiscent of Bale's early days at Spurs before the Welshman pushed further up the field.

Kane was always likely to deliver against the Hammers given his fine goalscoring record against them, and he hardly took any time at all to wreak havoc.

"Now, he might be as much a creator if he is played deeper or drops deeper, much the way that Harry Kane did when he provided all four goals for Son Heung-Min at Southampton recently".

The Wales global has yet to feature for Jose Mourinho's men, but when he does, Hoddle believes that he can be a tremendous asset to the team and to striker Harry Kane.

"I think it's there for all to see, for him he just needs to steady his way, he needs a good performance from his teammates, try and get a lead, that little bit of advantage for him to come in in a comfortable situation but does he come on at 1-1 and get the victor?"

Now for West Ham! "He was so good".

Bale is the box office new addition and was handed his second Spurs debut as a second-half substitute.

He showed no lack of confidence by striking a free-kick with his first touch but the ball flew straight into Fabianski's grasp.

Balbuena's header from Aaron Creswell's free-kick started the collapse before Sanchez turned a unsafe ball across the box into his own net. Cresswell's cross was cleared, with the ball eventually falling to Manuel Lanzini.

Tottenham approach the fifth round of Premier League fixtures with seven points in the bag, having bounced back from an opening-day loss against Everton.

The Hammers are only a point adrift of Jose Mourinho's side in the Premier League table as West Ham look to put more distance between themselves and the bottom three.
