Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Wednesday on July 17 at Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge at Windsor in a secret ceremony, attended only by their close family, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. The stunning vintage Norman Hartnell dress was on loan from the Queen who first wore it in 1962 to the London premiere of "Lawrence of Arabia".

Through a recent tweet that was promoting a Windsor Castle event, the daughter of the Duke of York not only promoted the event but also gave a short and sweet note highlighting her feelings over the entire experience on her wedding day.

Yesterday Beatrice tweeted to thank the people who sent their best wishes to the couple on their special day, adding: "Edo and I are very excited to start this new chapter together". The gown is made from Peau De Soie taffeta in shades of ivory, trimmed with ivory Duchess satin, and has organza sleeves.

One tweeted: 'Thank you for sharing such lovely photos from your wedding day.

"Edo and I are so excited to embark on this new chapter together".

As is customary after the royals' weddings, the Princess's gown is now on display at one of the palaces, and she thinks her fans should see it. I hope you have a long and happy marriage that is blessed with love & joy'.

Meanwhile, in another message, she gushed over her dress.

The duo had originally planned a much larger royal wedding, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic they had to change their originally planned nuptials.

The loved-up pair then chose to go ahead with a secret ceremony, with only a few of the royal family present. The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh also attended the wedding.

The monarch's granddaughter, 32, secretly married property developer Edo on July 17 at the Royal Chapel of All Saints at the Royal Lodge in Windsor after the two were forced to postpone their planned May 29 wedding due to Covid-19.

"...at The Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge, Windsor".

"The wedding took place in accordance with all relevant government guidelines".

Beatrice, 32, and Edoardo, 37, began dating in October 2018 and announced their engagement previous year.
