Justin Bieber has condemned people loitering outside his home, calling them "completely inappropriate and disrespectful".

Justin Bieber is not happy with fans waiting outside of his home to catch a glimpse of him while coming and going.

Justin is used to living his life in the spotlight rising to fame as a teenager, and even 23-year-old Hailey recently said she was nervous to kiss him in public since she felt as though people were always "watching" them.

"It was hard for me to understand how to carry on a relationship like this, experienced under the eyes of all", Hailey told Vogue Italia two weeks ago.

"I realise people will be disappointed but I don't owe anybody a picture. and people who say "but I bought ur album" know that you got my album and you got what you paid for AN ALBUM!" But I realized that it is a battle that in the long run, instead of protecting you, exhausts you.

Although there's no trouble in paradise, Hailey recently opened up about why she didn't want to kiss Justin in public for the longest time-and it's the same reason why Justin called out his "inappropriate" fans.
