Sanjay Dutt opens up about his battle with cancer

In the message posted for his fans, Dutt who has acted in over 150 films, vowed to defeat the disease as soon as he could. Despite battling cancer, the actor is gearing up to join the shoot of "KGF Chapter 2".

In a recent video, the actor talked about being diagnosed with cancer for the first time and revealed that he was all set to be back at work.

While on the topic, the actor also thanked the celebrity hairstylist, Aalim Hakim, for creating a new hairstyle which had given him much joy.

"So it's good to be back, good to be in the role. I am happy to be on the sets again", he added. "It's good to be back".

It may be recalled that earlier this year Sanjay Dutt was shifted to the hospital due to respiratory problems, where he we underwent the coronavirus test for which he tested negative. The actor was in Dubai with his wife Maanayata and kids last month. "It's been a pleasure working on this film and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday gift", he wrote while sharing the poster on July 29.

Starring Yash as the main hero, "KGF Chapter 2" is to be released in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages.

Other than KGF Chapter 2 and Shamshera, Sanjay Dutt will also be seen in Torbaaz and Bhuj: The Pride Of India.
