In a recent interview, Jon Moxley spoke candidly about how he's appreciative of his good friend Roman Reigns teaming up with Paul Heyman in WWE which he thinks is very cool.

AEW Dynamite has been going head to head with NXT on Wednesday nights for nearly a year now, and Moxley noted that he thinks Wednesday night is replacing Monday as the new wrestling night.

The reigning AEW World Heavyweight Champion also shared his thoughts on the new WWE on-air pairing of Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman. I think that's gonna work out really good.

"We want to keep growing this thing". I think, especially when we get back to a situation where we have a live crowd, I'd like to maybe tangle with Adam Cole.

That's a valid point, and Moxley continued by pointing out that AEW's hope is to keep gaining new fans each week, recalling what it was like for him as a kid when he watched everything wrestling related. I don't really stress about the people that are not watching or the channels turned to something else - f***ing Food Network or f***ing MTV, NXT or whatever. "Wednesday is wrestling night for people now". It's so amusing how a lot of people always say 'Well if you were to go back to WrestleMania, who would be the opponent that you would face?' It feels like the one that would make sense, right, would be Roman in terms of box office draw.
