Cardi B Is Seeking Full Custody of Daughter Kulture in Offset Divorce

Cardi B is apparently over her marriage to Offset - she just filed for divorce. However, Cardi B actually posted something telling to her Instagram Story shortly before filing to divorce the "Need It" rapper.

The WAP rapper is officially calling it quits saying that her marriage is "irretrievably broken" and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation". Cardi is listed as the plaintiff and Offset, 28, is listed as the defendant in the court documents, according to the outlet. Issues could range from custody to property division. Page Six reports that the contested divorce hearing will take place on November 4.

She also revealed why she made a decision to stay in the marriage.

According to TMZ, which obtained the documents, Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of Kulture. She also wants spousal support.

She also makes clear in her docs that they're now separated, and there's no hope of working things out.

She did not elaborate at the time, but the message has led to speculation that she was talking about filing for divorce from her "Clout" collaborator, whom she married in a secret ceremony in September 2017 after about a year of dating.
