Game & Watch wasn't as famous as Nintendo's other gaming systems, but it was the first system to feature a +-shaped directional pad, first discovered on the "Donkey Kong" Game & Watch in 1982. It also has USB connector for recharging the battery as well as an onscreen digital clock that players can crack open to reveal more coins and items. Each device only has one built-in game, which led in a series of 59 black & white games.

Now that we are only a few days away from the relese of Super Mario 3D All-Stars, Nintendo has released an overview trailer that tells players pretty much everything there is to know about it; well, nearly everything.

The game and the new watch, created to look like the original in all of its 1980s design, is definitely more modern - it has a color LCD screen and a rechargeable battery with a USB-C connector.

Nintendo has been immersed in the Game & Watch lineup before by launching the last decade's release and Mr. "Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels" and "Ball (Mario Edition)".

Game & Watch wasn't Nintendo's first video game attempt, but it was the first successful attempt to pave the way for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1985 and Game Boy in 1989.

There are just a few days left for the debut of Super Mario 3D All-Stars, that is the collection that includes in a single package Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine e Super Mario Galaxy.

Both websites introduce the respective characters in each title as well as provide an overview of the up-for-grab items and opponents in each game.

Reported on September 3, Mario 3D All-Stars is as of now among Amazon's best-selling games of 2020.

In the United States, it's the online retailer's second most bought round of the year behind just Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
