There isn't anything else in the world that can bring you back from the darkest places than sport.

The documentary tells the story of the Paralympic movement which developed after the Second World War and in recent years has changed attitudes to disability, diversity and human potential.

The Duke founded the Invictus Games in 2014, an worldwide adaptive multi-sport event in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and veterans participate. HRH was motivated by the ambitions of wounded, injured and sick (WIS) service personnel and veterans across the United Kingdom, who wanted to use sport and adventurous activity as part of their recovery.

"Rising Phoenix tells the extraordinary story of the Paralympic Games".

About 40 seconds into the trailer, Prince Harry makes an appearance as he sits on a green leather couch dressed casually in trousers and a shirt.

He also talks about the impact Paralympic Games makes on people who participate and people who witness them.

The royal has reportedly been involved in the documentary project since it was just an idea.

The documentary will be available to stream on Wednesday, 26 August.

The couple have indicated that they intend to carve out a new career by, in part, producing documentaries on their key issues such as conservation, female empowerment and mental health.

The documentary was directed by Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui.

Her fee for the project went entirely to the Elephants Without Borders charity - an organisation dedicated to conserving wildlife and helps protect the animals from poaching.

The 2020 games were set to take place in May in The Hague, but had to be postponed until 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Harry is now living in a $18 million mansion in Santa Barbara with his wife Meghan and baby son.
