There were also 24 new recoveries to balance out the new cases.

Of the 1,433 reported cases, 168 are considered active.

The new cases are located in Regina (5), north west (1), Saskatoon (1), central west (1), south west (3) and south central (1) zones. One case's residence information is still being looked into.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is alerting the public of a possibility of COVID-19 transmission at the north Superstore location in Regina on Rochdale Boulevard. Earlier warnings were issued at the end of July for three other Regina grocery stores.

Thirteen people are in hospital.

Twenty-four more people have recovered, increasing the provincial total to 1,245 recoveries. Eight people are receiving inpatient care - three in Saskatoon, three in the South West region, one in South Central, and one in Regina.

Twenty deaths have been reported to date.

The SHA encourages anyone who experiences symptoms to contact HealthLine 811 and get tested for COVID-19.
