Actress Chris Farah alleges she was working at popular Los Angeles restaurant Real Food Daily in 2014 when Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi came in for a meal. You're going to try to take money away from me for two weeks because you don't like the way my nails looked? And on Thursday, the accusations continue, only this time it's about something far further back in Ellen's past when she was growing up in Louisiana. Her image as one of the nicest people on the planet has been shattered. The older brother took to social media to defend his 62-year-old sister against what he calls vicious attacks. "It's a insane thing to do". Her actions are hurtful to her staff. Ellen would often behave rudely when her staff did something which was not as per her wishes. Gravolet, an overweight child at 11, recalled how the embattled TV host would "regularly" subject him to mean and biting insults about his weight, intelligence, clothes, and appearance.

Gravolet's allegations follow claims from dozens of staff on The Ellen DeGeneres Show who have said that racism, bullying and sexual harassment was rife at the Hollywood studio.

"One incident stands out in my mind", he added, "I was sitting beside her desk".

Here we are talking about, Hedda Muskat, who served as a human interest producer on The Ellen Show in 2003.

But, she said: "Clearly some didn't. That will change and I am dedicated to ensuring that this doesn't occur again". It's not who we are and not who we strive to be, and not the mission Ellen has set for us.

Recently, 10 former employees told a news channel that there's very harmful work environment on the sets of the show.

The comedian's friends have also come to her defense amid scandals.

"Isn't always great? No", said a former staffer. I was drawing, and she criticised the drawings.

"Over the course of almost two decades, 3,000 episodes, and employing more than 1,000 staff members, we have strived to create an open, safe, and inclusive work environment", they said in the joint statement to Buzzfeed News.

"We're genuinely heartbroken and sorry to find out that one individual in our manufacturing family has experienced a negative encounter", that the EPs added.

The show is now undergoing an internal investigation into its workplace environment by WarnerMedia. They will had a conversation with former as well as current employees of the show.
