He also said he thought Kelly seemed like a "nice, genuine guy".

Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, was first linked to Fox in May when they were spotted out and about together.

Transformers star Fox posted a black and white snap of her and the topless rapper, writing on Instagram: "Achingly Beautiful Boy..."

"Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended to a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time". And I said that to him nearly immediately, because I felt it right away'. Scroll down to see how Brian reacted to the picture.

Kelly, meanwhile, shared his IG official shot with Fox one week ago. He simply responded, "I found out in my own way. I didn't read about it or anything like that".

"There's no rule book to it", he explained. There's no way of doing it right or wrong. We're learning as we go. It doesn't mean I'm a s***** person. Isn't that dating?' he offered. That's what you're supposed to do, meet people and experience life'.
