Mr. Elvis Zhou, President of OPPO India, commented on the launch of the product, saying it delivers "supremely on our consumers' need for an incredibly immersive screen, blazingly fast charging, and innovative imaging functions". The Oppo Reno 4 Pro measures 160.20 x 73.20 x 7.70mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 161.00 grams. Those interested can watch the event live via the link below Oppo Reno 4 Pro: Likely specsOppo has confirmed some of the features of the upcoming phone.

The regular Reno4 comes with Snapdragon 720G chipset and four shooters on the back that look a lot like the Reno4 5G version, but after further inspection, the fourth cam and the LED have switched places.

However, the 32MP (wide) + 2MP (depth) dual selfie camera, which nests in an oval-shaped punch hole at the top left corner of the handset's 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display is same as the Reno4 Chinese variant.

Expanding its portfolio of smartphones, OPPO has launched the global variant of the Reno4 in Thailand. The smart watch, which has 1 GB of RAM, has 8 GB of storage. Despite this, the phone will still be inferior to some Oppo Reno3 Pro units with Snapdragon 765G. The RAM amount is capped at 8GB of RAM which is more than enough for Android apps and games. It comprises of a graphics tube, graphite sheet, and a copper foil to keep the temperatures in check while gaming or heavy usage.

The battery has 4,015 mAh capacity and comes with VOOC 4.0, which goes up to 30W through the USB-C port. To make things even better, Oppo paired the phone with an insane SuperVOOC 2.0 system. The fast charging technology is claimed by the company to fully charge a 4000mAh battery of Reno4 Pro in just 36 minutes. According to the Chinese maker, this system is quite safe offering a multi-layer protection setup.

The 46mm variant is available in black and Glossy Gold colours while the 41mm version will arrive in black, Pink Gold and Silver Mist.

The Reno4 Pro will be available starting August 5, 2020 on Amazon, Flipart, and retail store across India. We will just have to wait for a couple of hours more to find out how much the smartphone will cost in India.
