Last week, reliable tipster Max Weinbach had claimed that Samsung will not be launching the Galaxy Z Fold 2 through its Galaxy Unpacked event on august 5. The upcoming Galaxy Tab A series tablet scored 317 points and 1,358 points in Geekbench's CPU performance benchmark test.

Apart from the improved display, the Galaxy Tab S7 series will feature an S Pen, Wi-Fi 6, improved cameras, AKG-tuned stereo speakers, a fingerprint reader, and 25W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.

The new Geekbench listing with model number Samsung SM-T505 suggests that the South Korean giant is working on a new tablet that is positioned in the affordable segment.

Going by the model number, it could end up being launched as the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2020), but only time will tell its real name. Since this is a flagship tablet, it is likely to run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor with the option to support 5G. This hints that the SM-T505 tablet could be powered by the newly launched Snapdragon 662 SoC.
