Less than two weeks after announcing his 2020 bid, the 43-year-old rapper has reportedly dropped out of the race for the White House.

The party is listed as BDY which stands for the Birthday Party according to TMZ, and lists his ranch in Wyoming as its address.

Looks like he's trying to keep hope alive.at least for now. "Everyone has their personal decision about why they make decisions", Kramer told the magazine.

"When I run for president in 2024, we would've created so many jobs that I'm not going to run, I'm going to walk", West said at an event this past November, the Associated Press reported.

The Intelligencer quotes Steve Kramer, a "get-out-the-vote specialist" and an adviser to West, as claiming that West was "out" of the race after a short-lived attempt to get on the ballot in Florida and SC - an effort which involved paid and volunteer staff to gather signatures. "We had over 180 people out there today". "I don't like that I caught wind that he hid in the bunker", he added, referring to the time that the president reportedly hid in a secret bunker while Black Lives Matter demonstrators protested the deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor outside the White House. However, West's latest move contradicts that report entirely. West has also received public messages of support from SpaceX founder Elon Musk, his wife Kim Kardashian West, and fellow musician Chance the Rapper. Nor had he qualified for ballot access for all 50 states.

But the FEC says that deadline has passed in many states including key battlegrounds such as North Carolina and New Hampshire. West missed the deadline to get on the ballot in several states including Nevada. His road to power hit a substantial stumbling block on Tuesday as the first polls since he announced his intention to run for President of the US showed him gaining barely any support.
