Krispy Kreme Is Giving Away Free Doughnuts Today Only

On Monday, anyone who became a year older between March 13 and July 13 can head to a participating Auckland Krispy Kreme store and receive a dozen doughnuts for free. Well, Krispy Kreme is here to sweeten the deal, as they're dishing out free doughnuts to those who spent their birthday in isolation.

Krispy Kreme NZ retail manager Antonio Rivera said the company had chose to share some joy to those who had missed out on celebrating their birthdays in lockdown.

As part of Krispy Kreme's 83rd birthday celebrations, the doughnut hawkers are celebrating by giving out absolute gobs of their Original Glazed Doughnuts to those of us who have had to endure our birthdays in isolation.

If it so happens you were born outside of the March to July period, fear not - as there's actually a consolation prize.

You must present photo ID with a clear date of birth.

The birthday offer is available for one day only and not available in South Australia, Northern Territory, online, via food delivery apps or in 7-Eleven, Jesters or BP. Stocks are limited, so you'll have to be quick.

The offer is only redeemable once.

I honestly can't argue with free Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and as an attention-points-hungry Gemini I'll 100% be sliding into my local Krispy Kreme shop to grab a dozen glazed babies to make up for the fact I couldn't have my yearly huge birthday party at the pub this year.

The offer is only active within NSW, Victoria, Queensland, and WA retail locations; due to recent circumstances, Victoria will only have contactless drive-thru pickup at Fawkner, Fountain Gate, and Bulleen.
