Samsung has officially announced that it will host its Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event on 5 August.

We got our first proper look at the design of the Galaxy Note20 when Samsung itself accidentally (or otherwise) posted renders of a fetching bronze model on its Russian website last week. With the global coronavirus pandemic still alive, hosting in-person events is out of the question for the foreseeable future.

Samsung has announced that it will unveil new devices via an online Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled to happen on August 5. Samsung's invite also shows a splash of copper.

While specifications of the Galaxy Note 20 are still unknown, but we do know that Samsung could introduce Note models this year, likely named the Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Plus and Note 20 Ultra.

According to previous rumours, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra packs Snapdragon 865+ and features a 120Hz LTPO display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 (QHD). Other Samsung flagships appearing at Unpacked will include the Galaxy Fold 2, and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G - all these phones are 5G devices.

The phone posseses an Exynos 980 chipset, the midrange 5G platform by Samsung, and that comes with better performance compared to the Exynos 9611-powered LTE version of the Galaxy A51.

Industry insiders said Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Watch 3 wearable and the Galaxy Buds Live wireless earbuds. In new days we have commenced to see leaks of the new Notice device, inferring the start is just more than the horizon.
