The unique environment of Dreams seems to be made for VR, which makes the news that the game will be supported by the PlayStation VR platform in July all the more welcome.

Furthermore, the PSVR update will come with VR-enabled Create Mode, meaning players can now shape their own dreams from within the VR space. We have also created a whole range of different experiences ready to play and inspire Dreamers for their own versions.

Dreams VR will let players use the PlayStation Move Controllers and begin sculpting VR creations. One of those experiences is Box Blaster which is a VR shooting experience inside Dreams. Look out for more updates soon. We're incredibly excited to see the experiences the Dreams community will create and we've been busy making sure we give them the right tools to make that possible.

What's cool is that players won't have to be in VR to create for PSVR, and the free update comes loaded with other features for non-PSVR users. Now, the power of VR will allow for unprecedented precision, physicality, and control, and creators will likely appreciate the new features very much. Just like with the base game, Media Molecule has created a handful of experiences that take advantage of the new functionality. The possibilities are staggering, and while PS VR is still getting notable new games in 2020, Dreams will have legs.
