Four more COVID-19 cases in Bureau County have been recorded on the Bureau, Putnam, Marshall County Health Department.

The number of active cases in the country remains at 22, unchanged from yesterday.

Cole County residents with the newest cases have reported mild symptoms and have been self-quarantining and cooperating with quarantine requirements, Schulte said.

The county's death toll from COVID-19 is now 270. "The seven-day rolling daily test average is 6950", the ministry said.

"We are ensuring we have sufficient stocks here in New Zealand to give us a buffer if supply chains are disrupted", says director general of health Ashley Bloomfield.

Though testing has ramped up, experts do not attribute the increase in identified positive cases to testing alone.

After a state representative criticized the hospital for withholding information, New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) began sharing key Covid-19 stats on its website Friday, WECT reported. Other members of the household have also tested positive for COVID-19.

Fifty-six of them had invalid phone numbers.

The Ministry of Health says it's still working to contact around 367 people who left isolation facilities between June 9 and June 16, before stricter rules were brought in around testing - unchanged from yesterday.
