United travel to Brighton hoping to stretch their unbeaten run to 15 matches and claim another win in their fight for Champions League qualification.

Solskjaer's men, who are sixth in the Premier League, will face Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-finals, while they are on track to reach the Europa League last eight.

And the United manager is challenging his side to go through the rest of the season without being beaten.

Man United are now sixth on the league table but have played one game less than Wolves so if they can manage to beat the Seagulls on Tuesday then Solskjaer's men will move back to the fifth spot - within two points of Chelsea.

"I've not heard from them last night or this morning so it seems like they haven't managed to agree so the answer is probably short and yes [he will leave], then".

"So, we don't want to get distracted by thinking too far ahead".

"And to get there, we need to focus on one game at a time, because there are so many teams just above us and just below us that want that place".

Sitting five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, United's bid for a top-four Premier League finish continues on Tuesday when they visit Brighton and Hove Albion.

United's predicted starting line-up: De Gea; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Lindelof, Luke Shaw; Matic, Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes; Rashford, Anthony Martial, Mason Greenwood. One, we've played quite a few good games against them lately and we know that we're competitive and have done really well against them and two, we have some really good momentum, we are building that and we're in good form.
