Monroe County records one new COVID-19 death

The DuPage County Health Department provides further information on its data dashboard for COVID-19-related hospitalizations, deaths, lab positivity and outbreak-associated counts by municipality. Streator's zip code area, which is partially in Livingston County, has had 7 cases out of 1,071 tests. Of the total, 17,729 have recovered.

Beginning on Monday, June 29th, The Williamson County Health Department (WCHD) drive-through COVID-19 testing and mask distribution site at the Williamson County Agricultural Center will be changing their testing times to 8:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There are 119 Iowans hospitalized with the virus. Of Monday's total, 35 are in intensive care units and 18 are on ventilators.

Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan says it has one positive patient who is on a ventilator and one inpatient person under investigation.

The County is urging those with symptoms of COVID-19 to call the Screening Hotline to speak with a nurse at 785-323-6400.

Across the state, 300,432 tests have been conducted.
