If you didn't see, Abby apologized for her comments after being called out by Adriana Smith and her daughter, Kamryn, who starred on Dance Moms in season 8.

"This my friends is not something or a statement that can be googled". In addition, the network will not be bringing Abby back if Dance Moms is renewed for a ninth season.

Smith also claimed Kamryn overheard someone affiliated with the show saying she was included because "they need a sprinkle of color". This to me shows that you think you are better than me and in high rank and all together superior to ME!

"I couldn't think of a more ideal day to address my experience with Abby Lee Miller", Smith wrote.

Miller has been called many things over the years, but this is the first time she's been donned a racist.

On Thursday, Miller posted an apology to "Kamryn, Adriana, and anyone else I've hurt".

A spokesperson for Lifetime told TODAY on Friday that "we now do not have plans" to air "Abby's Virtual Dance Off", a 12-episode series that was expected to premiere this summer.

In case you missed it, all the backlash started earlier this week after Miller posted a black square to her Instagram page in support of Blackout Tuesday. This is nothing new to me. Though Kamryn was angry at Smith for her decision, yelling at her for "ruining" her opportunity, Smith explained to her why it was more important to stand up for "what's right". "But what I'm not going to have happen is have this racist person have any part of my daughter's life".

"I couldn't think of a more ideal day to address my experience with Abby Lee Miller", she captioned the post in part. Today I am exhausted of being silent because of a contract. My friends and peers informed me of the apology.

Dance Moms producer Kori Kegg has since responded to Smith's allegations and regrets not standing by her at the time. "But THIS THIS!?! THIS broke me as I was working on show and pregnant with my own black daughter", Kegg wrote on Facebook. "'But in that interview, my little 7 year old cried like a GROWN black woman and stood up and said, 'Mom I understand it's not right here and I want to go home too...." "It reminded me of when I "found out I was black" at an age not much older than her".

Smith called herself "naive" when she chose to join the show for Season 8. News that Miller "tried to spin Camryn as being the poor one and there on scholarship...."

More claims: Season 7 mom Camille Bridges told E! "She loves appropriating our culture and never appreciating it". She accused Miller of making prejudiced remarks, such as hinting that she was "really" on the show because she was black.

Smith continued, "Her failure to appropriately address me and my daughter personally points to the fact that she is disingenuous".
