Jane Doe II, identified as woman from Tennessee, said in the suit that when she was "approximately 17 years old" in 1994, she was lured to Weinstein's hotel room under the pretext of discussing her interest in an acting career.

If celebrities such as Rose McGowan, Salma Hayek or Gwyneth Paltrow accuse the ex-producer of sexual misconduct, assault and rape, it is this time four women, whose name has not been revealed who have filed a complaint against the former magnate with the Supreme Court of Manhattan on Thursday, may 28, for a similar offence, has revealed the site Page Six.

Harvey Weinstein, now serving a 23 year prison term for rape, was hit with a new lawsuit Thursday that claims he raped an additional four women, one of whom was just 17 years old at the time. The woman was just starting out in the entertainment industry and was recruited by one of Weinstein's associates "under the guise of doing business".

Lawyer Imran Ansari said some of the claims may be barred by the statute of limitations, though the woman alleging she was raped when she was 17 is suing in state court under New York's Child Victims Act, which opened a window for people to sue over sexually abuse they say they endured as children, sometimes decades ago.

The woman, now living in Tennessee, alleges that Weinstein was almost naked when she walked into the room and that he threatened her after the rape.

In the past few years, the film mogul has been accused by scores of women of a range of sexual crimes including harassment, rape and assault.

As for why she didn't tell anyone, Harvey Weinstein had threatened her that she would be physically tracked down and he would "physically harm her and her family". The woman claims the incident happened in France during the Cannes Film Festival. The woman claims Weinstein "scouted" her while the two were at Cipriani's in New York City and assured her that he would connect her with powerful players that could "take her career to the next level". Instead, she says she was "falsely imprisoned, sexually assaulted, sexually battered and raped" by Weinstein.

The woman leveling the accusations from 2008 alleges that she was raped at his Soho apartment, while the woman from 2013 alleges that Weinstein raped her at the Venice Film Festival. A few days later, he would have invited her in his apartment in the Soho neighborhood for a "business meeting", and the would be sexually assaulted. She claimed he raped her then.

Weinstein's brother Bob, Miramax and Disney are additionally named within the swimsuit, which states that "Robert Weinstein, Disney, Miramax and Doe Corp".

Weinstein has been accused of rape and sexual assault by more than 100 women.
