Just want to be ready for next game, says Eden Hazard

In a video on Real Madrid's Twitter account, Hazard said: "Very good to be back on the pitch to work with the boys".

Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard expressed his happiness after being able to return to training following a gap of two months.

The players undertook individual sessions before working in groups on Monday, as La Liga clubs took a step towards resuming its normal activities.

'We couldn't wait to be back at training after two months, being together as a team and despite it being a bit different, it is always nice to come back to Valdebebas to have training, ' he said. It was suspended in mid-March because of the pandemic.

"This week has been very good because we have been able to work in small groups", Zidane told the club's television channel.

"I like to train, but I like playing more".

Madrid's next match in the league was scheduled to be at second-to-last-place Leganés.
