Were awaiting for the arrival of the Google Pixel 4a, but the midrange Pixel device keeps getting delayed.

As for the prospects for a Pixel 4a XL, a larger model has been absent from the most reliable leaks, and Prosser said in a follow-up tweet that it hasn't seen any evidence of an XL model, either. Tipster Jon Prosser, who had earlier correctly predicted the launch of the iPhone SE 2020, has suggested a 13 July release date for the Pixel 4a. Prosser further adds the Pixel 4a will be available in two color options called "Just Black" and "Barely Blue", the latter of which has yet to make an appearance in any reports or leaks. Fortunately, B&H is offering the unlocked Pixel 3a XL for $319, making for a $160 discount off the normal price of that model.

The Google Pixel 4a is also said to be the first Pixel phone without the company's ActiveEdge technology that lets users perform actions by squeezing the edges. Google is ready to ship and the "decision is mostly based on market analysis". Theres a 5.81-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution.

Apart from that he has also given a few key details surrounding the device. The Snapdragon 730, which powers the Pixel 4a, has nearly the same CPU and GPU (though at lower clock speeds) and an older modem compared to Snapdragon 765.

The Pixel 4a is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC paired, which is a very capable processor, along with 4 gigs of RAM and offer 64GB and storage.

The rear of the phone is expected to be square camera setup similar to what we have seen on Pixel 4 as well as iPhone 11 series.

Google's cheaper Pixel phone is coming a bit later than originally anticipated.
