Legendary Inter striker Alessandro Altobelli has shared his belief that Inter making a move for Manchester United's Paul Pogba will depend on Inter manager Antonio Conte.

Pogba left United for Juve in 2012 before returning to Manchester in a then world-record £89.3 million transfer, and while the Bianconeri are keen to have him back, Paratici warned the impact of the coronavirus means few clubs will be able to sign a player on such a high salary.

Serena, however, insists Inter will need more than Pogba to win the Scudetto.

In the meantime, Manchester United signed Bruno Fernandes in the January transfer window. "Pogba never did that, and his performances have been inconsistent, to say the least", he told Paddy Power, as quoted by The Sun. He's come in and hit the ground running fairly instantly, winning over the fans in the process. When you cost that kind of money as a player, fans expect you to be consistently great, especially when you're playing for Manchester United.

"There's been too many distractions, too many reports around him and his behaviour, so his time, for me, is up".

But the 22-year-old Rashford, who has come through the ranks at United, sent a message to academy players telling them to be "creative" as they try to keep improving despite the lockdown.

"It's a shame, because he could've been a great player for the club, but he isn't a great player at the moment".

Asked about his footballing heroes, James said: "Everyone looks up to Lionel Messi, but I think I've got to go for Juan Mata".

The 23-year-old Dutchman was one of the stars of Ajax's immensely successful 2018-19 campaign and was once again at the top of his game during 2019-20. van de Beek concluded the Eredivisie season with eight goals and six assists in 23 matches, while also bagging a couple of goals in the UEFA Champions League as well.
