US COVID-19 Death Toll Exceeds 70,000 - Johns Hopkins University

Since last week, China did not register a single fatality and its death toll continues to stand at 4,637.

The global death toll came to 249,079.

On March 11, the World Health Organisation declared the outbreak a global pandemic.
