The Mission Impossible star has literally taken up every damn action stunt which looks like an impossible mission and has made it possible.

Still in the early, early, early stages of development, Cruise is reportedly collaborating with both Elon Musk's SpaceX and NASA to produce an action/adventure feature film. Yes, you read that right.

According to the trade, the project isn't part of the Mission: Impossible franchise, for which Cruise had been filming M:I 7 & 8 back to back in Italy before production on the first sequel had to be suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic. In the year 2000 - around the same time as Mission: Impossible II's release -James Cameron approached the Ethan Hunt actor to gauge his interest regarding a space-oriented endeavour.

Well, we'll see for the developments curiously. Bu now he is planning to achieve impossible for his upcoming adventure. The seventh entry, originally slated to hit theaters on July 21, 2021, will now open on November 19, 2021.

The Mission Impossible films are basically a series of action montages held together by a wafer-thin plotline, showcasing Cruise scaling the Burj Khalia, climbing a mountain with no gear, hanging off the outside of a plane, and all other manners of unsafe activities that the actor does for real instead of using stunt doubles or green screens.
