The gift came as both a birthday and homecoming present for Ms Hilton, 30, a registered nurse at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, who had been deployed to New York's Northwell Health's Long Island Jewish Medical Centre, the pandemic's epicentre. "This was quite literally the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE", she wrote on Sunday while thanking Swift, her publicist, Tree Paine, and a Swift fan account. Thank you for coming!

Last month, Hilton wrote a blog post published by the Intermountain Healthcare publication, where she described her 2,200-mile journey to lend a helping hand during the pandemic, which she called "a modern war".

"This is a humbling experience". I have so much to say but nearly too overwhelmed to say it all, ' Hilton said. 'New York has been hit HARD.

The Grammy-winner then revealed she is planning to "thank" Whitney in person and shared how she got in touch with her after seeing a picture of the nurse at one of her concerts.

She called the battle on the frontlines in NY - where more than 19,000 had died as of Sunday, according to The COVID Tracking Project reported - 'crisis mode like I've never seen'. Well, Hilton's 30th birthday came up this weekend, and Swift thought it'd be the flawless time to send along an incredible care package to show her support and appreciation! And before the quarantine went into effect, she donated $1 million to help Nashville residents after a tornado tore through the city.
