Neetu Kapoor extends gratitude to Rishi Kapoors doctors

Rishi Kapoor breathed his last and left for his heavenly abode on 30 April at the age of 67 years.

Pictures from the deceased actor's family paying their last respects to him in Banganga tank, came to surface featuring Alia Bhatt accompanying the Kapoor family.

Riddhima, who resides in Delhi with her husband, Bharat Sahni, and daughter Samara, could not fly down to Mumbai because of the ongoing lockdown. Pictures of Rishi Kapoor's wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor with girlfriend Alia Bhatt, daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and friend Ayan Mukerji were seen immersing his ashes. When we sit together and look back at the past few months what we also feel is huge gratitude - gratitude towards the doctors at HN reliance hospital!

A day ago, Kareena also posted a cute childhood picture of Rishi and her father Randhir Kapoor, and wrote: "The best boys I know". Her posts have been making us all emotional and recently she shared another post which is very heart touching.

On May 2, 2020, a prayer meet for Rishi Kapoor was held at the Kapoor residence with only a few members around.

Talking to a news agency, Faisal said that Rishi Kapoor was pushing him to write a sequel to the film as the actor believed that stories of middle-class India should be told more frequently.

Earlier, Neetu penned down a heartbreaking farewell note with a throwback photo of her husband veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who passed away on Friday. He remained jovial and determined to live to the fullest right through two years of treatment across two continents. He was grateful for the love of his fans that poured in from the world over.
