Amazon France also lists Persona 5 Royal for the PC

Similarly, Sega gave a statement to PC Gamer regarding Persona 5 Royal that says "That listing is an error and we're looking into having it taken down and how it happened".

Since this story was originally ran, listings for other PlayStation 4 exclusives such as Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and The Last of Us Part II have also been spotted on Amazon France.

And there it is - Sony have confirmed that the listings are nonsense.

The listings are not accurate. That seems pretty conclusive, but it could still be the case that a PC port is planned and the Japanese company isn't ready to announce it yet. The Amazon France listing is specifically for the enhanced Person 5 Royal version, rather than the base Persona 5 that released worldwide in April 2017 exclusively for PlayStation.

The listings garnered interest because recently Sony has made overtures to the PC market by bringing the PS4-exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn to PC. Also, only one Persona installment has ever appeared on the PC before. Five years ago, Amazon France listed From Software's PlayStation exclusive Bloodborne for PC, a release that still hasn't come to pass.

When Sony made the Horizon Zero Dawn reveal, it made a point to emphasize that this wouldn't necessarily become a regular occurrence.

"Hulst added, 'We don't have plans for day and date [PC releases], and we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware".
