Today, nearly four years after its initial release, the game is known only as No Man's Sky is going to get mech suits added into the game, which is just totally and utterly incredible.

Judging by the trailer, as we are undeniably talking about a finished product that was sent for official announcements, Hello Games will be launching the update any day now. It is nothing short of a true powerhouse of gaming addiction, and it is one we should all love and respect and wish to see more of it.

In fact, every time I think Hello Games can't add anymore cool features to the game, it goes and proves me wrong.

Of course, the Exo Mech doesn't so much "roam" as it does stomp around, like a Minotaur would. They also have a detailed cockpit view as well, so you won't have to use a 3rd person perspective.

The end result? Well, they created a game that just kicks people in the nuts. I love them, and you should too. The update is called Exo Mech and adds a plethora of things including the all new Minotaur Heavy Exocraft Hybrid.

"This mechanical walker shields its pilot against hostile extraterrestrial atmospheres, providing immunity against hazards such as radioactivity and extreme temperatures", writes Hello Games founder Sean Murray. The Minotaur's powerful jetpack allows it to soar powerfully through the air, and land on terrain with a satisfying slide.

And for those still embarking on their own space adventure through the vibrant procedurally generated universe of No Man & # 39; s Sky, there is now a 50% discount via Steam and GOG.

Hello Games has been showing its sci-fi exploration game a lot of love over the past year, and update 2.4 - otherwise known as the Exo Mech Update - seems like a convincing reason to revisit the great unknown.

Unfortunately the trailer doesn't give many details away about how you can build your mechanised vehicle or when the update will arrive.
