The first season of "Love Is Blind" took the internet by storm, with viewers left in disbelief that people could be sure they wanted to marry someone after ten days of dating in separate pods, but never seeing their prospective life partners.

Love is Blind season two is officially on its way after Netflix confirmed the return of the reality dating show today.

Season 1 of The Circle, which premiered in January, saw a rotating cast of strangers sequestered in individual apartments in the same building, forced to become friends while only interacting with one another using a social media platform in a kind of online popularity contest. Netflix promises that "new strategies, challenges, and twists are in store" over the next two seasons of the series.

In addition rap competition show Rhythm + Flow - which had Cardi B, T.I., and Chance The Rapper as judges - will also get a second season.

Elsewhere, Marie Kondo is back to spark more joy with a new series which will see her and her tidying team set out to clean up a small American town.

Netflix's vice president Brando Riegg expressed excitement over the announcements as he said: 'It's been incredible to see Netflix members everywhere respond to the raw, authentic stories of real people and real stakes. "We look forward to sparking more joy for our members". Hosted by Michelle Buteau, the series is produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group and is now in the casting process for a second and third season of the breakout hit.
