Samsung Galaxy S20 Series India Pricing Announced - Details

Samsung India has just revealed the India pricing of its latest flagship lineup, the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. Samsung has given the Galaxy S20 Ultra a 6.9-inch QHD+ screen.

Notably, the company has also revealed a bunch of attractive pre-booking and operator offers for all the interested buyers.

The Galaxy S20 will be available in a single configuration - 8GB RAM + 128GB and will come in Cosmic Gray, Cloud Blue, and Cosmic Black. Additionally, the 5G Exynos Modem 5123 that is paired with the Exynos 990 processor inside the Galaxy S20 Ultra does support mmWave according to Samsung's official website. It is not immediately clear whether Samsung is also offering its top of the line 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant in India.

The pre-booking for Samsung's flagship smartphone starts at 12:00PM IST on February 15 and customers will get their device on March 6, 2020. In contrast, customers pre-booking the Samsung Galaxy S20+ or the Galaxy S20 Ultra are entitled to receive the Galaxy Buds+ at Rs. 1,999.

If you pre-order the regular S20, you will be able to buy the new Galaxy Buds+ at Rs. 2,999. Similarly, Vodafone and Idea customers can avail double data on recharge of Rs. 399 along with 56 days validity for the first six recharges.

The S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra come with 6.2-inch, 6.7-inch, and 6.9-inch displays, respectively, with IP68-rated water resistance, ultra-fine bezels, and slightly curved screen edges. It comes with a 6.2-inch display with the new 120Hz refresh rate. The company also announced price cuts for its 2019 flagship phones, Galaxy S10 series. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a 4,000mAh battery and comes with a 25W charger in the box. The camera setup on the rear can achieve a zoom of up to 30X with the 64MP telephoto lens which is a highlight of the S20 and S20+.

The Galaxy S20, which is the most affordable of the three will be available to purchase for a price of Rs. 66,900. Ultimately though, what this really mean to the potential Galaxy S20 Ultra owner in Malaysia? The company has added a DepthVision sensor 3D ToF sensor on the back for better portraits. There is a 108-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera.
