Marcus Harris has replaced Will Pucovski in the Cricket Australia (CA) side for the remaining one-day matches against England Lions after the later was ruled out with a concussion.

Pucovski has a history of concussions which have hindered his career as well as a battle with mental health issues.

Sam Hain's unbeaten century motivated England Lions to a 6- arch success over a Cricket Australia XI in the initial of 5 50- over suits on their trip Down Under.

The Lions face the second of three fixtures against the Australian XI at the same venue on Tuesday, before tackling a New South Wales XI in the remaining two white-ball matches of the tour.

As the bat jarred, Pucovski's momentum meant he fell forward and landed heavily, hitting his head on the ground. Unfortunately, Pucovski's concussion incident came on his 22nd birthday.

He failed a concussion test and was ruled out for the rest of the match.

"I remember what happened". "Obviously my bat got stuck and I went tumbling over then smacked my head on the ground pretty hard". I feel alright for 15 minutes and then feel a bit average for another 15.

"I'll just keep in touch with the doctors and hopefully start to reduce a few symptoms, then get back into it".

The concussion is the latest setback for one of Australian cricket's brightest prospects.
