The attraction is set to appear next in Universal Studios Hollywood, presumably in '21 or '22, before arriving in Orlando's Epic Universe in 2023.

Comcast Corporation officials have confirmed that Super Nintendo World will be coming to Universal's new park, Epic Universe, in Orlando.

With Super Nintendo World opening in Japan in mere months, the Orlando version of the park has had very little promotion thus far. "Nintendo Land" is slated to be the fourth land at the new Epic Universe.

With so many question marks surrounding Super Nintendo World's launch here in the USA, it's hard to say when, exactly, those of us here in American will actually get to visit it. While fans of the parks have expected this announcement for some time, it is the first time Universal or Comcast has officially acknowledged the rumors.

"I think the next big thing on the horizon is Nintendo".

Super Nintendo World will focus on some of the most iconic video game characters of all time, including Mario, Bowser, Princess Peach, and Yoshi, among others.

Comcast executives estimate that the new park should draw in millions of visitors; as evidence, they pointed to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which "drives incremental attendance of 2 million people". "You're not just playing the game; you're living the game, you're living the adventure", Thierry Coup, a senior vice president and chief creative officer, said of Japanese Nintendo land in a statement. Before today, the company simply confirmed that it was coming to Universal Studios Orlando, and nothing more.

Epic Universe will be the fourth park to join the Universal Orlando Resort (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and its Volcano Bay water park are the others), and it's now scheduled to open to guests some time in 2023.
