The Pelicans ended the longest win streak in the National Basketball Association by setting a franchise record for three-pointers on Monday, canning 21 long-range efforts en route to a 126-116 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Memphis had had the NBA's longest winning since New Orleans ended visiting Utah's 10-game streak with a 138-132 overtime victory last Thursday.

Holiday, who hadn't played since January 4 because of a left elbow strain, converted 12 of 18 from the field, including 7 of 10 from 3-point range.

But Brandon Ingram continued his All-Star-worthy campaign by scoring 12 of the final 15 points in the fourth.

Dillon Brooks led Memphis, matching his season high with 31 points.

Trailing 69-50 at halftime, the Grizzlies scored the first five points of the third quarter to get within 14, but the Pelicans quickly regained command.

While Memphis trailed by as many as 25 in the second half, a late rally brought the Grizzlies within 121-116 with 1:28 left. That didn't happen on Monday. That kept Favors' streak of 19 straight made field goals over the past two games intact. Against the team with the longest winning streak in the National Basketball Association and, more importantly, a team they are chasing in the playoffs, the Pelicans took care of business to such a degree that it never felt like a close contest until the final minutes....

New Orleans maintained a 21-point lead before Morant's 3-pointer completed a 7-0 run that got Memphis within 114-100 with 5:10 left. The Grizzlies fell short of the franchise record of eight straight wins, done four previous times.

Boston Celtics guard Jayson Tatum has previously worn the Adapt shoes while Kyle Kuzma has also worn the shoe in the past prior to signing an endorsement contract with PUMA.
