Lori Harvey had previously posted a video on her Instagram story of the 36-year-old rapper kissing her on the cheek, further heating up rumors of the relationship. Just a few months later, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office announced that Harvey was facing two misdemeanors-one count of resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage.

Harvey wasn't arrested at the time, with officers instead giving her a citation for misdemeanor hit and run and another for obstructing/delaying a police officer, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Jordyn Woods In A Thong That Barely Hangs On, Sets Instagram On FIRE! She crashed the auto into another auto and flipped her vehicle. Whether it be a simple show of mutual support or a clever marketing scheme for the new track, it's nice to see Lori's family is on board. Police have said that they do not believe that alcohol played a role in the incident, but witnesses did tell police that they observed Harvey texting behind the wheel before hitting the other vehicle, according to the outlet. She was not arrested and released on scene. She's due to appear in court on January 21, that same source said.

The news comes as Lori is celebrating her 23rd birthday with her boyfriend/rapper Future.

On Friday, Future flew her out on a private jet to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Lori even posted a rare photo of her driving around with her Future.

The phrase, which also happens to be the title of Future and Drake's recent single, seems to suggest that Future, Lori, and Marjorie are all on the same page about the new relationship. They recently returned from a trip to Nigeria, where Future performed his first headline show in Africa.
