The continuing bushfires across Australia have dominated headlines across the globe in recent months.

Australian comedian Celeste Barber is hosting an Australian bush fire fundraiser that will feature performances from Queen + Adam Lambert, Olivia Newton-John, KD Lang and Alice Cooper.

The whole shebang will be hosted by comedy queen Celeste Barber, whose fundraising efforts for bushfire relief have already exceeded a record-breaking $50 million.

There will be 70,000 tickets available, and they go on sale today (January 13) at noon Australian Eastern Standard Time on the Fire Fight Australia website.

This is one of many fundraiser gigs happening across the country, with concert promoter Michael Gudinski announcing on ABC news live last week the massive bushfire relief concert from 2009, Sound Relief, is making a comeback this year with Elton John at this top of his wish list to perform.

Beyond the Eurovision bubble, worldwide rock icons Queen and Adam Lambert will take a break from their Australian The Rhapsody Tour in order to give a special performance.

The biggest names in the Australian music industry are set to appear, including Delta Goodrem, who sits alongside Guy Sebastian as a judge on The Voice Australia.

Set to go down at Sydney's ANZ Stadium in February, Fire Fight will bring a smorgasbord of global and homegrown artists to the stage to raise money for bushfire rescue, relief, recovery and rehabilitation services.
