Final Fantasy 7 Remake Demo Gameplay Leaks Online

Fair warning to the nostalgia-prone: the intro to the Final Fantasy 7 remake is a gorgeous, nearly-identical version of the famous opening to the 1997 original.

Now, when will all PS4 players get their hands on this leaked demo? With Square Enix's JRPG set to release in March 2020, it's looking likely that the demo could land in January.

Fans of the Final Fantasy series have been eagerly awaiting the release of this game since the news was first announced.

The intro cutscene was posted online after the Final Fantasy 7 Remake was listed on tracking site Gamstat.

Lystrasza probably had a St broken 'PlayStation 4 that had been removed from software constraints, so he managed to download and install the game demo on the console.

A Reddit user also reportedly uncovered the demo's files, posting them on the FF7 subreddit.

Evidence of a Final Fantasy VII Remake demo seems to be mounting. Then the Final Fantasy 7 logo appears and gives way to Cloud and co making their epic entrances, leading into the first playable moments of Final Fantasy 7 and the remake's demo.
